unlimited rapid pass terms and conditions
The Rapid Pass Wash Club provides unlimited car washes for the car assigned to the membership. The membership renews automatically by charging the card on file. Rapid Wash Car Wash and its affiliates reserve the ability to cancel, amend, or change their programs. As a customer you will receive written notice of any changes to the program.
To stop the auto billing process, or cancel the membership, the customer must fill out the “Manage My Account” form at rapidwashcarwash.com. This form must be filled out and submitted 7 days prior to your billing date to avoid charges. No refunds or credits will be given for partial or unused periods.
Promotional Memberships must renew at least once prior to billing being paused or canceled. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
Only the vehicle listed on your membership form is eligible for the program and must have a Rapid Pass RFID tag affixed to the windshield. It is the customers responsibility to notify Rapid Wash of damaged RFID tags as soon as possible. Any attempt to remove a RFID tag will destroy the tag preventing it from operating. Members may incur charges for tag replacement.
Rapid Wash Car Wash reserves the ability to close for observed holidays, inclement weather, and facility / equipment maintenance.
Washing your vehicle in any type of automatic car wash involves some inherent risks. Please be aware of all safety and directional markers posted on property. Please be aware of other patrons, their property, and their family members in the vacuum areas.
