First time user. The attendant working walked me through the system and recommended the Basic with bug prep. Two thumbs up for not trying to upsell me just because! It did a great job getting the gravel road dirt off my SUV, got as many bugs as I would have expected, but the wheels left a little to be desired. I pulled back around, prepared to pay for another run through, but was given a complimentary pass. Will def be back every time I'm in town.
